One of Suffolk Counties largest hospitals is seeking an Associate Residency Coordinator. The Residency Coordinator will partner with a top medical department to work with nursing students to coordinate and schedule clinical rotations.

  • Schedule nursing students clinical hours.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Order supplies and prepare purchase order requisitions.
  • Maintain confidential files and scan documents.
  • Manage busy calendars.

Job Requirements:


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ Year of Administrative Assistant Experience Required
  • Prior Healthcare Experience Preferred
  • Strong MS Office Skills
