Seeking an CNM physician to join our established women's health care team:

Job Description:

Compensation : $ 114400

Job Function:

Provides obstetric and gynecologic care, prenatal care, and family care, to health center patients.
Evaluates patient’s health status and educates patients by teaching preventative care.
Documents patients’ history and treatments.
Work collaboratively with one other senior midwife, great MA support, and dedicated MFM as well ObGyn
Schedule is one 24-hour call a week, 2 office days per week, and one 48-hour weekend call shift a month
This is traditional ob/gyn position, good mix of outpatient, prenatal and deliveries

Job Requirements:

NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
CNM Certification
