Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) needed for outpatient community health center in Windham County, CT.  

Compensation : $110000 - $124000

Job Function:

  • 100% outpatient position, focused on seeing patients of the health center
  • Slow ramp up during training, but eventually a full panel considered 15-20 schedule patients per day
  • Patients of all different demographics and socioeconomic status - work collaboratively with other providers  
  • Evaluation, diagnosis, medication assessments and adjustment, patient education, and treatment planning
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5
  • FQHC/Community health - student loan forgiveness eligible
  • One location has 40% Spanish population and prefer medical or fluency in Spanish  

Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.

 

Job Requirement:

  • CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required
  • Bilingual language skills in Spanish preferred, but not required
