Immediate opening for an LCSW to work in a large community based clinic. 

Compensation : $40 - $40

Job Function:

  • Provides psychosocial assessments as referred.
  • Provides mental health intake assessments as referred.
  • Maintains close liaison with other care providers, especially psychiatrists involved in patient's treatment.
  • Prepares Initial Assessments, Treatment Care Plans, Treatment Care Plan Updates, daily notes, discharge notes, etc., per Agency policy, in a timely manner.

Job Function:

  • Graduated from a regionally accredited school
  • Licensed & Registered to practice as a LCSW in NY by the NYS Department of Education
  • Basic Life Support Certification Required
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English Preferred
  • Ability and means to travel to other sites for coverage as needed
