Immediate Opening for a full time LPN in a well known, established, clinic in the Bronx working with pediatric patients.
Compensation : $30 - $35

Job Function:
Evaluate individuals health care needs on a continuing basis and report to RN
Screen patients by recording the chief complaint and taking and recording vital signs. Perform and record vision and audiometry screening.
Prepare patients for examination and assist in physical examinations and diagnostic procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and carry out other specific orders issued by practitioner.
Perform phlebotomy
Provide patient education related to the visit and diagnosis
Document in the electronic health record all education, counseling and health education provided to patient
Immediately notify practitioner if there are any concerns about patient’s understanding of and/or concern about the care provided.
Job Requirement:
Experience with Pediatric Patients
