Greet patients, obtain the reason for visit, perform and document initial physical assessment, to include all vital signs
Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture
Assist providers in physical examinations, including procedures
Specimen collection
Review lab results, report on abnormal findings
Coordinate specialty referrals
Job Requirements:
Current NJ License and Registration
Current BCLS
Minimum 1-2 years of current experience in Adult/Internal Medicine, Geriatrics/Gerontology experience preferred
Phlebotomy/Veni-puncture Skills
Epic EMR experience preferred
Potential for extension and/or conversion for permanent hire. Minimum of 1-2 years current experience in the clinical specialty; phlebotomy skills required.
