Top academic hospital in Brooklyn looking for a Maternal Fetal Medicine for Associate Director role.

Compensation : $450000 - $500000

Job Function:

  • Join established department of 5 other Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians as well as ObGyn Genetisist
  • Primarily consultative role, work inside MFM unit, mix of consults and sonograms not doing deliveries, working on integrating more continuation of care down the line as department expands
  • Busy unit on the OP side, seeing 25,000 visits a year being for evals/assessment  
  • Although mostly clinical role, protected admin time built into this role as Associate Director  
  • Level 3 NICU with 24/7 Maternal Fetal Medicine and Ob-Anesthesia Coverage
  • MFM call coverage evenly split (4 weekdays or Friday/Sat/Sun)  

This is an employed position with a competitive base salary, quality bonus, CME money, opportunity for moonlighting and standard hospital benefits including malpractice coverage

Job Requirement:

  • Residency training in ObGyn required
  • Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine required  
  • NY License is required
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
  • Any resident graduating in next 9 months encouraged to apply
