Well-reputed Community Health Center and Patient Center Medical Home in Brooklyn seeking an Associate Medical Director to join their team!

Compensation : $200000 - $220000

Job Function:

  • Join a FQHC/Community Health Center and work in dynamic clinical and administrative role working alongside leadership and lead Medical Director
  • 100% outpatient/ambulatory practice
  • Strong Provider, Nursing and Medical Support team
  • Oversee team of 3 full time physicians and 1 NP
  • Approx 4 days clinical, 1 day dedicated to administrative time
  • Standard business hours 9-5, one evening a week from 12-8pm
  • Call schedule taken by phone one month at a time, 3-4 times a year  

Job Requirements:

  • New York State license, DEA, CSR preferred
  • Required training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
