Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist needed for large community health organization in Brooklyn.  

Job Function:

• Full time (35 hours) providing medication management to a child & adolescent panel
• 15 minute med checks with 45-60 minute psychiatric evaluations, 18-20 patients per day
• Provide clinical care (medication management/psych evaluations) for patients to support efforts to achieve care plan goals
• Ensure appropriate transitions of care with external Article 31 providers, hospitals, etc
• Reviews case records to monitor quality of care
• Standard business hours M-F, split between two locations in Brooklyn  
• Community health setting, full age range of patients, diverse caseload
