ENT needed for an ambulatory multispecialty group in Northern New Jersey.  Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan,

Compensation : $325000 - $350000

Job Function:

  • Ambulatory multi-specialty group, 100% outpatient MSG with great referral base  
  • Easy to be busy right away, large primary care referral group
  • Private group and hospital partners looking to keep ENT in-house vs. referring to community providers
  • Good mix of office work at OR/Surgi-Center time
  • Everyone holds at least 2 office locations
  • Standard business hours, 1 later evening per week is standard
  • Physician-owned and managed practice
  • Strong hospital-affiliate for referrals

Job Requirement:

  • NJ State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required
  • Residency training in ENT/Otolaryngology
  • New Graduate Physicians Graduating in next 12 months are encouraged to apply
