Hospitalist (Internal or Family Medicine MD) needed for an Academic Emergency Medicine Practice

Compensation : $225000 - $225000

Job Function:

  • Based out of the CDU Observation Unit
  • CDU shifts are: 9-hour shifts (7am-4pm) and 8-hour evening shifts (4pm-12am)  
  • Full time is considered 36 hours (4-5 shifts per week for a total of 1692 hours/year)
  • Shifts include an equal number of days and evening shifts a year

 

Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.  

Job Requirements:

  • RI State License, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required

  • Residency Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Required  

  • Board Certification Required

  • Hospitalist experience Required
