Psychiatry - Consultation - Liaison in Fairfield County. 

Job Description:

Compensation : $ 250000

  • Growth opportunity  
  • Provide direct patient care on our medical & surgical floors and E.R.
  • Coordinate patient flow between our ED, med/surg units, and inpatient unit
  • Supervise and teach nursing and ancillary staff
  • Help build collaborative relationship with med staff and trainees from other departments
  • Opportunities for growth include collaborative co-located CL psychiatry with our Cancer Center, Heart & Vascular Institute, and Women’s Specialty Center

Job Requirements:

  • Must be board certified in Psychiatry  
  • Prefer fellowship in C/L (Consultation - Liaison) but experience in the C/L field will suffice.
  • CT medical license
  • Will consider a new grad C/L fellow or experienced candidate
