Practice out of 1 clinic office and work out of one ASC
Call will be 1:5 or better
2-3 days of clinic work and 1-2 days of surgery
Monday-Friday schedule
Busy multi-specialty group with strong network of referrals
Job Requirement:
NY State License is required
BE/BC in Urology
Will consider a new grad or experienced provider
