WCS Healthcare is currently seeking medical assistants for an on-going contract assignment at one of New Jersey's largest health systems.

Job Description:

Compensation : $ 18

Job ID : 13269

Perform clinical and administrative duties under the direction of the physician or other clinical staff.
Record patients’ medical history and vitals.
Prepare treatment rooms for exams and cleaning after exams.
Collection of blood, tissue, or other lab specimens as directed by the provider.
Prepare and administer some medications as directed.

Job Requirements:

Completion of a Medical Assistant program or Associates in Medical Assistant/Occupational Studies
6 months paid working experience
Certified or Registered required
BLS preferred (American Heart Association)
