  Working with an established Residential Treatment Center on LI looking to bring on either an FNP or PNP to serve the Foster Care population and children ages 5-21.             

Compensation : $90000 - $96000

Job Function:

  • Identify services medically necessary to meet child behavioral needs and  conduct comprehensive assessments
  • Day-to-day includes physical exams at the infirmary and running the clinic (following up on labs, appointments, medication orders, etc.)  
  • teach children and families about medications such as purpose, side effects, compliance, etc.  
  • NP in this role will have full support from multiple RNs and LPNs on site
  • Will report into Director of Nursing, offering added layer of support  
  • Must be experienced FNP or PNP and able to work independently  
  • Ideally looking for full time, but will consider someone part-time as well
 

Job Requirements:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner
  • Pediatric experience
  • Active NY State License
  • 1-2+ yrs experience
