Provide clinical care (medication management/psych evaluations) for patients to support efforts to achieve care plan goals
Ensure appropriate transitions of care with external Article 31 providers, hospitals, etc.
Reviews case records to monitor the quality of care
Community health setting, the full age range of patients, diverse caseload
Job Requirements:
NY State license (active or applied preferred)
Board Certified Psychiatrist in New York State
Fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry can be considered (bronx location)
