Job Requirements:

• Administration of medications, acquisition of vital signs, and documentation of such interventions.
• Ability to communicate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with substance abuse patients and the ability to identify signs/symptoms of overdose and withdrawal.
• Licensed Practical Nurse for New York State
• NARCAN/Opioid Overdose Reversal
• CPR/First Aid
