Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Competent in wound care, physical assessments and medication reconciliation
• 2 years of community health/ home care nursing experience is preferred
• Background in acute nursing is preferred (Med/Surg; Maternal/ Child; Peds
• EMR experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
