WCS Healthcare is working with the largest community health care clinic on the East Coast who have an immediate opening for an RN  for their Staten Island NY location. The clinic specializes in Women's Health, Optometry, Podiatry, Pediatrics

Job Description:

Compensation : $ 40

Job Function:

  • Interviews patients for health history, including history of current complaint, and past and present use of medication utilizing patient identifies; document patient charts (must be time stamped and/or initialed)
  • Maintains patient's medical record and charts the following: nursing observation; vital signs; reactions to test, i.e., PPD results, in-house testing, and other pertinent information
  • Prepares equipment and assists physician during treatments and examinations of patients
  • Initiates follow-up, as necessary
  • Instruct patients on healthcare issues, as indicated by physician, diagnosis and/or inquiries by patient

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma/ GED Preferred
  • Vocational/ Technical School/ Diploma Program
  • Nursing Minimum Work Related Experience: 0-1 year Preferred Work Related
  • Valid New York State RN License
  • License CPR Certification
