WCS Healthcare is currently seeking Critical Care Nurses for a ongoing contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Monmouth County, NJ.

Job Description:

Compensation : $ 80

  • Evaluate and monitor the  patient’s progress  
  • Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition  
  • Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members  
  • Begin treatment and monitor doses  
  • Maintain patient records  
  • Under general supervision, demonstrates ability in handling nurse problems and an expanded group of nursing practices
  • Performs nursing intervention across a variety of nursing situations
  • Identifies patient problems prior to explicit changes in patient-specific data collection (such as vital signs)

 


Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or  Bachelor's Degree  in Nursing (BSN)  
  • Current New Jersey State RN license (or willingness to obtain)  
  • 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty  
  • Cardiac experience highly preferred. CCRN highly preferred
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association   
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • CCRN Certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills   
  • Vent experience preferred
