This was a fundraiser for The Floating Hospital, one of our community health clients that we have worked with successfully for many years. The organization provides care to all New Yorkers regardless of their ability to pay, and we have loved assisting them in hiring of healthcare and allied health professionals. This annual event was meant to celebrate the accomplishments of the organization and raise money/awareness for their practice locations.
The event took place on the Chelsea Piers at sunset, setting a beautiful scene for the event. I was able to speak with my contact in HR as well as the CMO and other professionals within the organization. There are so many people involved in the day to day operations of the organization, it was great to see how everyone comes together under that common mission of providing healthcare for all.
This event was not long after our company really started to take off, so it was an excellent opportunity to get our name out there as an agency and network with others that came to the event. WhiteCap continues to participate in fundraising and charity events, so it was an honor to represent the company in our first “WhiteCap Cares” event!
